The Nicole Foundation was officially launched on 17th July 2021 at a hybrid event that was held virtually and physically at Kampala Serena Hotel. This marked the Foundation’s successful establishment, following its announcement at the beginning of the year.




As part of the establishment of the NF, the following aspects have been put in place.

  1. A Governance structure including a five (5) member Council of Advisors, a three (3) members Board of Trustees, and a five (5) member management team.
  2. A constitution for the Foundation was prepared, adopted by the Board of Trustees and commissioned by the Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB).
  3. Registration of the Foundation by the URSB with registration number 80020003052613.
  4. Registration of the Foundation and grant of an operating permit by the Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) Bureau.
  5. A website nicolefoundation.org, an email address info@nicolefoundation.org together with social media accounts which include Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter have been established and are in use.
  6. A Uganda shillings account and a United States Dollar account have been opened for, and are both in the names of, the Foundation in Stanbic Bank Uganda. Both accounts are in use and donations and contributions from well-wishers through the two accounts can now be received and are very welcome.
